Certainement un des meilleurs hôtel de la ville

L´hôtel est très moderne avec une grande lobby . Le petit-déjeuner est gigantesque. il y a un mall à 2 pas.

Cons Outre le mall, il n´y absolument rien autour de l´Hôtel. nous avons pris un "grab" avec l´application et pour 3 euros nous sommes arrivés au centre historique (croix de Magellan etc...)

I really like the navy-blue velvet chairs at Bai Hotel Cebu. They’re very comfortable and relaxing. I’m also very happy with the hospitality of the staff, and I truly appreciate it. In particular, I was very impressed by the young man in the tailcoat who was working in the Executive Lounge on the 22nd floor. He was very considerate of my English ability and communicated with me using pronunciation and wording that were easy for me to understand. I really appreciated that. I wanted to check out quickly that day, and I really appreciated how smoothly and efficiently they handled it. It felt as though they understood exactly what I needed, and I was checked out in less than a minute.

Cons The red DO NOT DISTURB button in my room, 1904, seemed to be broken. When I pressed it, nothing happened, and it wouldn’t stay engaged. Also, the ceiling light above the bed by the window seemed to need replacing. It kept flickering, which was rather annoying.

Very clean modern and attentive staff with great view Great food choices with their 3 different restaurants and buffets. Nice pool bar and lounge . Most of all excellent staff attentive to their customers needs . Highly recommend !!
