I would definitely comeback to this hotel. My last room was spacious and it really felt like home.

The location of the hotel is within a mall area. The staff are very accommodating and the spa was excellent. The food had a very wide variety of options

Cons The hotel gets really full so the wait for the elevators and for front desk services can take a while.

Uncomfortable because of the cold. I decided to check out a night early and transfer to another hotel altho they offered

Cons The room was too cold ! Ambient temperature whether you turn the aircon on or off is around 16-18C . The engineers were unable to do anything. My room was on the 18th floor. I kept my door partially open most of thebtime because the hallway was much warmer. The conventionnhall was okay. Just the room.

Had a short stay for a wedding. It was comfortable and we slept well.

For Cebu this hotel is quite good, but on a worldwide level it is very average. It is comfortable and the breakfast is very good.

Cons The bathroom is small, there is no hot water from the sink basin and the toilet occasionally didn’t flush. The room air conditioner controller didn’t seem to have much control. The room facilities were very basic. The exterior of the windows were dirty.
