Rooms are spacious and clean with great city views, but fire doors slam loudly at random hours and wake guests.

Perfect stay
Everything was perfect ! highly recommend to stay at the Banyan Tree when you are in KL ;-) Beautiful bedroom, spacious, amazing and kind staff, great restaurant and rooftop bar with an impressive view
we have booked a expensive room category. We checked in after check in time, but room was not ready. So we checked in two hours later. When entering the room we wanted to use our private pool in the room. However, we could not feel save as the cables of the lamp were visible. The hotel managed our complaint very badly. So we were very unhappy with this hotel in regards of room condition and service.
