Rooms feel dated with smaller beds than advertised, and cleanliness is inconsistent, with reports of dusty furniture, flies, and dirty glasses. Staff are helpful and the location near a mall is excellent, but the hotel doesn't deliver five-star standards for the price. Payment issues and slow service have frustrated corporate guests.
