Professional and classy
This is a gorgeous property in a fantastic area. The staff was very attentive and friendly and although I didn't use the services much, I could still see the professionalism.
Cons The check in process wasn't as fast as I expected. There was only one person checking everyone in and while they were doing a good job, a lot of the folks who stay at hotels like this can be quite demanding with disregard for others. It would be nice to have another person checking others in as well in cases like this.
Posizione ottima, supercentrale ma tranquilla. Colazione eccezionale, piscina molto bella. Servizio ottimo.
Great hotel, can definitely recommend!
Everything was great: check-in process with cold towels and welcome drinks, beautiful rooftop with pool, excellent breakfast, and a clean and spacious room.
