Clean swimming pool and room (Housekeeping was helpful). Simon @ Front Desk was super helpful. Wifi was strong and consistent. 20% discount on GRAB Transport was much appreciated.
Cons We feel security is not great - Anyone can access Any floor in the hotel. Floor access is not secure as you do not have to tap your key card, one simply presses the desired floor. If I was traveling solo, I wouldn't stay at Bay Hotel. Breakfast was not worth what you pay as most of the food (except egg station) was lukewarm.

Cons BEWARE! description error, turns out no VIEW means you don't even have the WINDOW. And the upgrade fee is almost triple of the price on booking. Otherwise, the location is great, just make sure you pay little extra advance on booking.com if you want the room with window, so you don't need to pay a lot for upgrade at counter.
