Bay View Resort Myrtle Beach

Great location to Sky wheel, Local restraunts and right off the beach.

Room was pretty big and had two balcony's. It is an old hotel, so the decor was outdated and that old hotel smells you just can't get rid of. Not bad but just noticeable. Again, the room was really big, and I like that the elevators are right next to pool access. So, you don't have to walk through a lobby to get to pool/elevators.

Cons Old decor, rooms, carpet furniture needs to be updated. Would have liked to have had breakfast available.

Cons Property could use an update in some Areas and an exterminator. Roaches greeted us at the door.

The beds were awful. Not comfortable at all. The television in the bedroom kept cutting off and could not enjoy a program. I've stayed here before but it wasn't this bad. Both my husband and I woke up with back and leg pain. Also, the bedding was thin and needed extra coverings for warmth. During check out, my concerns were mentioned and the desk clerk just looked at me and didn't reply. Very disappointed with this stay.
