Bayfront Hotel Cebu North Reclamation

Great location if you are staying overnight to grab an early bus. The receptionist was very helpfull. The room and bathroom had plenty of space and were clean and comfortable. There is a small 7-11 right under the hotel.

Cons The only thing is that at the street was a bit noisy, for me it wasnt an issue but it could be for people that need absolute silence

Cons Plug ins were broken, like the actual plug was loose and couldn’t even charge my phone at the bedside. There was no soundproofing at all in the door, everything in the hallway can be heard. Needs more than 2 elevators

Cons Too small but maybe worth of the money. Toliet needs to be revamped and seats on the lounge needs to be replaced.

Location was great as it was walking distance to SM Cebu. The food selection at the restaurant were good and the staff were attentive.

Cons Checking in, I stood by the front desk for a significant time without any of the front desk staff at least acknowledging my presence. I understand if they are finishing up on some other work before attending to me but a little friendliness or communication would go a long way. The hotel also do not provide a tissue box and only the toilet roll in the dispenser which was half finished too. I will be sharing photos of the state of the mirror and the aircon.
