The most beautiful location and experience ever!
There was nothing not to like! This was a dream vacation! The staff were amazing and our concierge, Raquel, planned the perfect excursions for us!
Cons I wish more restaurants at the location were open but we went during the slow season so that’s to be expected.

I would not stay here again during party periods.
The hotel ambiance is absolutely beautiful, and the staff throughout the property were genuinely warm, attentive, and professional. The food quality was good overall.
Cons - A few notable issues:
On the night of 12/28, there was very heavy rain, and when we woke up the next morning there were roof leaks in three different areas of our room, which was disappointing given the caliber of the property and the nightly rate.
- The biggest issue, however, was the wristband system for the on-property parties;
There were multiple parties held on the property over several consecutive nights, including the New Year’s Eve party. Even as hotel guests, we were not allowed to use credit cards at the bars. Instead, we were required to preload money onto a wristband each night at a separate station and then use only that wristband to order drinks.
- What was most frustrating:
1. The wristband had to be reloaded every single night.
2. Any unused balance could not carry over, even when parties were held back-to-back at the same venue on the property.
3. The remaining balance was not refundable.
4. Unused funds were simply kept by the hotel each night.
5. At checkout, we were told to return the wristbands or be charged a $150 replacement fee per band. We had already thrown them away and were asked to retrieve them from the trash can in our room to avoid the charge.
I understand that with multi-day parties the hotel is trying to prevent wristbands from being shared, but demanding wristbands when you are checking out creates a very poor final impression — especially for guests who chose to stay onsite for the convenience of enjoying the events. Being required to preload money nightly that is then forfeited if unused, combined with demanding the wristbands back at checkout, felt unnecessarily punitive.

DISAPPOINTING

Cons THERE IS A CONSTRUCTION AT THE HOTEL, ITS NOT COMFORTABLE TO SPEND TIME AT THE BEACH. THE TEAM IS NOT HELPFUL. THEY NEVER TRY TO HELP YOU. THEY NEVER LISTEN.
