Bellagio Hotel & Casino

Muy bien

Cómodo, limpio, ubicación y calidad

Cons El ruido de las hausekeeper por las mañanas

Poker room and table games Bed is comfortable

Cons Room was not serviced for the whole day on the Monday and after calling housekeeping took additional 45mins before it was attended to. Bathroom was dirty from a previous guest. the ceiling of the bathroom has water damage visible and cheapens the newer shower installed. the vanity had no drawers to function for storage and more space. Everytime we would walk to the elevator we see multiple dirty plates lying outside guest rooms for days. A lot of your cafe /fashion shops don't recognize the MGM rewards card inside your own hotel casino. Not all revenue comes from gambling, just a thought Your ice machine doesn't have cold water function available, but instead charge $5 for bottle water in a vending machine next to it?

Je recommande à fond

L’accueil excellent, qualité de l’hôtel on ne peut pas espérer mieux je valide +++

For a five star hotel, disappointing

Location was excellent. It was amazing to stay in such a famous hotel.

Cons I did not feel special. I had no coffee machine in the room. There was no free water in the room. The facilities you’re getting the best western better than the cities in the Bellagio room. This was very disappointing.

Great stay overall - would definitely stay again and would definitely recommend

Great location and we loved the pool

Cons There was a horrible wet stain on the carpet in the room - no idea what on earth it was but it was not good

Son emplacement, le personnel 🤗, sa vue !
