A great reasonable and convenient place to stay
It was very conveniently located to the Billy Graham Training Center where we had a Women’s Conference
Cons No Elevator and open stairs outside to climb to second floor others than that was a great place to stay
Very clean room and nice staff
The room seemed like it was freshly renovated like the floors and bathrooms fresh looking and the cleaning lady kept everything organized also the breakfast was very satisfying, the front desk girls were veey informative always smiled and nice also liked the fact that I could park right in front of my room and not have to take an elevator or walk through lobby pretty much in and out it's perfect!
Cons Under the sink it was dripping onto the wooden cabinet it really didn't affect me I just put a towel on the shelf part. We did tell front desk just so they were ware and supposedly maintenance was told about it but we were there 4 days and no one came to look. Also the bed I really wish they were a bit firmer especially the pillows are horrible

The breakfast was decent. A good time window for making it there. The staff was pleasant and gave me information about Biltmore Estates that I followed up on. It has a swimming pool.
Cons We brought our small dog. I found out from another guest that she had sighted a bear next to our room the previous day. Understandable but this is not normal for many travelers and should be stated to guests when they check in. Also, we had to move to another room after returning at the end of the day to overwhelming toxic-like fumes in our room. It had been sanitized to the max.
