Mixed feelings
Comfortable bed, good shower and bathroom. Breakfast provision was good. Friendly staff at breakfast and cleaning staff. Pleasant helpful man on reception in the evening.
Cons The poor welcome from female receptionist. No 'good morning greetings. No bodywash provided just shampoo and conditioner. Plugs on lamps could not take adapters for our UK equipment due to positioning.
Hotel has changed quite a bit in the last five years… Probably won’t be back
Location is good and the staff are friendly
Cons No air-conditioning No microwave Low water pressure Tepid water
Good overall, would stay again
Good location, friendly staff. Room was large
Cons Small shower, closed coffee bar thing
Good value for Monterey
I liked the staff, the breakfast, and the room! Very clean and modern. Easy parking too, and a close drive to cannery row for the aquarium and restaurants.
Cons No AC in the room, but luckily there was a strong overhead fan.
