Best Western Plus Port O'Call Hotel

We will not be returning

The front desk staff and the breakfast restaurant are the only things holding this hotel

Cons The last three times I have booked a suite for my husband and I to get away, there have been people on our floor letting their kids run rampant in the hallways. When mentioned to staff nothing was done. Paying over $250 for a room to get zero sleep sucked. Both occasions we ended up leaving before 9 am. Jets lounge has the most awful food I have ever experienced. You could smell my husbands fish and chips before they hit the table (like straight rotten fish), waitress told us “it’s fish, of course it’s going to smell like that”, not like rotten fish lady! Needless to say he didn’t eat it and shared my meal.

If i go to Calgary i still stay choose here again.

I like the room especially the bed. Also the swimming pool is nice.
