After booking a room far in advance I wasn’t able to check in for two hours after check-in time. I had to wait in lobby until room was ready. Late for everything we had scheduled while in Minneapolis. I reached out several times and left my number - only to be told manager would call me back as soon as they arrived to work. Nothing!
It is a nice place to stay. Very convenient for the US Bank Stadium.
Most of the staff there is so nice. The parking is reasonable at $15 a day. They do have a shuttle that took us right to the target field. The rooms and the beds are comfortable. My sister was very happy with their gym as well. oh, by the way you get fresh baked cookies at 10 PM every night.
Cons The neighborhood was a little sketch, but it is downtown Minneapolis so there you haven’t.

The building was super cool and the room very spacious. Also the stuff was very friendly. The position was perfect.
Cons The guest next door who was loud and kept the music on at 2am in the morning. Fortunately I called the reception and they immediately sent the security guard to intervene with the guest and make them stop.
