Good location, amenities and welcoming staff.

Front desk was welcoming and accommodated our luggage drop off and early check in. Restaurant staff service was great and were welcoming and personable. Location was convenient and everything was clean and generally bc inflatable during our 3 day stay.

Cons Pool access required stairs. Not enough seating areas and floors had a lot of puddles due to not draining, which caused some slipping. Many unattended children in pool.

部屋はとても広く、快適に過ごすことができました。駐車場も広く、駐車する際にストレスを感じることがなかったのも良かったです。 施設内にはプールがあり、子供たちも喜んで遊んでいました。 また、部屋には電子レンジもあるので、スーパーで購入したものを簡単に温めて食事をすることもできます。 空港にも近く翌日の早朝のフライトでしたがストレスなく宿泊できました

Cons Lage war nicht sehr gut. Die zwei Malls in der Nähe sind alt und kaum Läden drin. Essenstechnisch lässt der Service im hoteleigenen Restaurant zu wünschen übrig.

We enjoyed our stay and we would return to stay again.

The room was big and comfortable beds. It also had microwave and a small fridge. It was generally comfortable and okay for the price. It was very central and just a few minutes walk to Pacific mall.

Cons The rooms is a bit dated and the cleaning team needs to be careful about leaving hair all over or they just did not do a good job at cleaning.

BW fully meets Premier standards, and the front desk staff were very friendly and always smiling. I appreciate for their help in receiving packages.

Cons The coffee machine in the room was missing a sink cover, making it impossible to keep it hygienic.
