Pros: Spacious Suite room, Water bottles, Location, Balcony view, Room service, Walkable to many places in Downtown Special mention to Abdul in room service who provided a complete guide on the first day.
Cons Cons: Parking charge was huge, Double beds were very small that can fit only 1, No breakfast lobby, Washroom maintenance could be better.
I really like this hotel as we’ve stayed there before. But it was kinda shocking to see how pricy it was given the multiple concerts in the area the weekend we stayed there.

Comfortable mattress, soft cotton sheets. Pillows amazing for comfort. Hand held shower head, balcony with view , could log on to Netflix, free waters, helpful staff, held our bags twice so we could explore.

Cons The surrounding area is not pleasant due to secondhand smoke. Urine smells when going to the parking lot and the building. The manager has poor customer service. I explained that my SON has asthma and is allergic to smoke, but the manager denied my request to cancel my reservation. They charged me for the hotel even though I am not staying overnight.

Cons lit double taille "standard canadienne" les lits doubles font 120/130. c'est un peu juste.
