Not worth four stars
The staff was helpful, professional, and friendly. The restaurant is good with both breakfast and lunch.
Cons The hotel definitely needs renovation and better maintenance. The screws on the decorations on the wall were falling off, the water in the sink didn't drain, the trash was not taken out, the only light in the room was in the corner next to the door, no bedside lamps and the table lamp didn't work, the carpet next to the door had holes. Considering the state of the room, the price was too high.

An Autumn Vacation in Vilnius – BEST WESTERN Hotel
Not a bad location. There are two small shopping malls in the area, but reaching the center of the Old City requires about a 20-minute walk or a taxi ride (approx. 2.5–3 Euro via Uber).
The breakfast is very good. The reception staff are very nice. We were given a room on the 7th floor with a view of the city, just as we had requested.
The room has floor-to-ceiling windows. There is a fairly large bathroom, which includes a shower stall and a bathtub.
We had a small refrigerator in the room.
Vilnius was a pleasant surprise. It is a very beautiful European city in terms of architecture, historical sites, food, entertainment, and of course prices.
Cons The room's furnishings are very old and worn. The bed creaks, and there is a hole in the carpet. Upon entering the room, there was an unpleasant smell of old carpeting, though you get used to it after a few minutes.
I didn't like the pillow (it was too thin for me), but my wife liked it.
