The Bird Nest in the Tree House

The house was very unique and had character. My room, the bird nest, was on the back bottom floor, had 2 beds, a coffee bar and full bath. The set up of the room was interesting. The owner was able to recommend a massage location that got me in the next day.

Cons I would not have known about the thermostat being in the main house if I hadn't ran into the owner. I had a hard time finding the light switches in my room because of the odd setup. It would have been nice to have some instructions for in room operations. The parking was atrocious. I did not see an email prior to my arrival and if it wasn't for meeting the owner I wouldn't have been able to get in.

The atmosphere was great would recommend.

Location was perfect for our needs in a peaceful area. Bed was super comfortable, and host was kind and accommodating.

Cons Shower was a little slippery. Might do better with some friction stickers.

tossed turned all night cause it was hot and couldn’t turn down the a/c

The a/c had a note on it that said don’t go below 72 degrees We were hot all night couldn’t sleep why you can’t go below 72 ? Is it broke ? Low on Freon ? Why? If I wanted to be uncomfortable I could have slept in my car but instead I paid 200$ to sleep in a hot house. I should be able to put ac unit in my room at a temperature iam comfortable with.

Cons The a/c unit. It sucked next time I will spend my money on a hotel room with a/c that works

Cute & quaint getaway that is walking distance from food.

Renny was very nice & welcoming & was able to offer me another room based on my early arrival. I felt safe being across the street from a police station.

Great location, comfortable and had everything we needed.
