The room had a nice view (we were on the 10th floor). The staff was nice and able to speak english. But everything is kind of old. The room looked like from the 80ties and the shower didn’t smell nice.

This is not a 4-star, not even in Brazil, where the standards are lax. They seem to be very focused on security, and everyone in the staff looks and acts accordingly. It's like staying in a hotel ran by TSA as every air… Read more
