Très bon séjour, établissement agréable, personnel accueillant et serviable. J’ai particulièrement apprécié le cadre, l’ambiance et la qualité des prestations. Une belle expérience dans l’ensemble !

Bel hôtel, mais rapport qualité-prix décevant.

L’hôtel est moderne, avec de très belles chambres, spacieuses et bien décorées. J’ai séjourné dans la nouvelle aile, qui est récente et particulièrement agréable. L’ensemble est soigné et le cadre est plaisant.

Cons Le petit-déjeuner est décevant pour un établissement de cette catégorie. Les gaufres sont fades et les viennoiseries donnent davantage l’impression d’être réchauffées que fraîchement préparées. À ce niveau de prix, on attend des produits frais et de meilleure qualité. La salle de fitness mériterait également d’être modernisée, notamment avec davantage de tapis de course. Quant aux restaurants, la cuisine est bonne, mais sans être exceptionnelle au regard des tarifs pratiqués. Plus généralement, je trouve que le rapport qualité-prix n’est pas à la hauteur. Dakar devient de plus en plus cher, avec des établissements qui affichent des prix comparables à ceux des grandes villes européennes, sans toujours proposer le niveau de service correspondant. Je n’ai aucun problème à payer pour du haut de gamme, mais encore faut-il que la qualité soit présente dans tous les détails. C’est ce décalage que je trouve dommage.

Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und bestens aufgehoben. Der Service ist erstklassig, jederzeit professionell und gleichzeitig angenehm persönlich. Das gesamte Hotel ist ausgesprochen sauber, gepflegt und geschmackvoll gestaltet. Die wunderschöne Atmosphäre lädt zum Entspannen und Wohlfühlen ein. Besonders überzeugt hat mich, dass sich das BOMA sowohl für Geschäftsreisen als auch für einen touristischen Aufenthalt hervorragend eignet. Es bietet eine angenehme und professionelle Umgebung für geschäftliche Besprechungen und Meetings, gleichzeitig aber auch eine entspannte Atmosphäre, um Dakar zu entdecken und den Aufenthalt zu genießen. Hier stimmt einfach alles: hervorragender Service, tolle Menschen, eine wunderbare Atmosphäre und die gelungene Verbindung von Business und Erholung. Ein großes Dankeschön an das gesamte Team für die außergewöhnliche Gastfreundschaft! Absolute Empfehlung, sowohl für Geschäftsreisende als auch für Urlaubsgäste. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder!

Great hotel, great location with friendly staff.

The Hotel was very nice and the staff were very responsive. I had a minor issue with my toilet, they came and fixed it immeditately. The room was clean and the courtesey cookies and peanuts were very nice.

Cons The staff was a bit slow and everything took a long time to be finalised. But they did it with a smile on their faces. The breakfast was nice and varied, but I missed some fresh fruit that was not in the fruit salad.

Beautiful and homely decor. The room is fantastic with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was very good and there was no pressure to leave the restaurant quickly. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons I had a group booking and it took a long time to organise payment. There was a slow response to emails and WhatsApp messages. For example , I asked if a payment link could be sent to me before in order to pay for room before arriving in Dakar but never received a response. The airport transfer I had booked for my arrivals didn't turn up at the airport.
