A fabulous experience
The location on the harbor is fabulous. The hotel itself is elegant and inviting. The Front Desk staff were truly customer/guest-centric and helped us celebrate our wedding anniversary. They were consummate professionals, friendly and helpful, and made us feel welcome. Our room was beautiful with lots of light and large windows overlooking the harbor. The room layout was great and the bathroom was elegant. The cleaning staff and room service were superb. I cannot say enough how fabulous our experience was and what a beautiful hotel this is!
Worth the price in every way
Everything about this hotel is top of class. Rooms, service and food (both restaurant and room service. We were grandparents babysitting a 3 month old and the hotel went above and beyond fulfilling the needs of the child from a crib to bath soap supplies to a plushie. When she needed her sheet changed, housekeeping arrived within 5 minutes. It is rare that a hotel provides this level of service. We even thought the valet charges were reasonable.
Highly recommend
We've been to the Boston Harbor Hotel several times and we would not consider staying anywhere else when we go to Boston. It's in a great location, well maintained and clean and the people are always friendly and accommodating. We highly recommend to anyone visiting Boston
Experience of a lifetime
This was the first time we stayed at Boston Harbor Hotel and we were not disappointed the place is fantastic! We stayed in a suite the room was nice with a wonderful view of the city and harbor. The location is perfect easy access to downtown, north end, restaurants and many more places within walking distance. The staff were wonderful they did everything to make our stay a great experience. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a great place to stay you will be pleased.
