Рекомендую для 3-4 дневного посещения Белграда.

Прекрасное местоположение- центр, но в тихой улочке. Очень приветливый персонал на рецепшене и в столовой. Хорошая уборка. На удивление большой номер(314)- угловой, выходящий "в никуда", но совершенно тихий. Богатые завтраки. Отличные бонусы -с 12ти дня бесплатный кофе с легкими закусками и бесплатные билеты в Народный музей.

Good hotel, certain things could be improved

Excellent location For the size of hotel this was an excellent breakfast, good variety of food and regularly replenished by the hard working staff. Comfortable beds, good night sleep.

Cons Cannot check in until 1400. Have never understood why hotels keep tired customers waiting to check in if rooms are ready but that is their right. But then you do expect rooms to be ready at 1400. Ours was not, and when we were finally let in,they had the wrong bed configuration which took more time to put right. Finally sorted at 1530 which when you have been travelling since 0400 is so unnecessary. Bathroom flooded due to shower door not fitting properly, and one bedside lamp not working. Reported both on Saturday and told nobody could resolve over the weekend until Monday (really no way to replace one from another room??). In the event neither was resolved which was a shame as otherwise this is a good hotel.

Отель великолепный. Все звёзды полноценны и оправданы. Для нас это был лучший отель за последние два года. Жалеем, что пребывание было коротким. Номера комфортные: удобные кровати, комплектация номера. При этом все качественное. Отдельное удовольствие - ванная комната. Большая, красивая, и приятный плюс - чудесная косметика. И ещё наш совет - завтракайте в отеле. Хороший шведский стол и великолепная обстановка ресторана. Такого не получить в округе. И, конечно, очень приятный персонал. Искренне заботливый. Выше всяких похвал!

Boutique Hotel Museum made exploring Belgrade incredibly easy and gave me a comfortable place to come back to every nigh

I had a wonderful stay at Boutique Hotel Museum. The location is one of its biggest strengths—you’re right in the heart of Belgrade, within easy walking distance of Knez Mihailova, Republic Square, Kalemegdan and many of the city’s restaurants, cafés and attractions. It made exploring Belgrade incredibly easy, especially for a first-time visitor. The hotel itself was stylish, comfortable and well maintained, and the staff were warm, professional and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. After spending the day exploring the city, it was always nice coming back to somewhere that felt comfortable and welcoming. I would absolutely stay here again on another visit to Belgrade.

Cons There really wasn’t anything significant that negatively affected my stay. I had a very positive experience overall and found the hotel comfortable, convenient and well suited for exploring Belgrade. If I returned to the city, I wouldn’t hesitate to book it again.
