Rooms are small to spacious but smell musty, have outdated furniture with stains, and may contain cockroaches or dust. Beds are comfortable but pillows are flat. Elevators are slow and crowded. Location near the train station is excellent, and some staff provide great service, but cleanliness issues and basic missing amenities like desks disappoint guests at this price point.
