Cons Some of the staff were just rude. Especially the lady working the gate at the parking garage. She talked to me like I was a child. In front of my family. Additional charges like 40 dollars just to park. More fees upon checkin

It was excellent

The trip started out at check in with very nice valet, porters and staff. The room was extremely clean and fresh. All amenities were available. The bathroom was large and comfortable. I will be back.

nothing that was on the website was in that hotel this time never answered any of messages when it comes to dinner or lunch or breakfast or any of that. nobody offered to come clean the room after coming to the desk and asking them. why hasn't anyone responded back?
