I feel i was let down by not being told of the music playing all night,

I was not told how loud the music was going to be.. Music played til 345am every night we were there. (Very unhappy I was not told about the music. We Ate at Gordon Ramsay (PuB) in the hotel. ( service was very poor, food was cold and not good) will never eat at the location again.

Centrally located.

Cons Very loud and very crowded. Easy to get lost among the many vibrating slot machines. There are many food options at the property but they are quite expensive. There is no complementary coffee provided in the room and only two devices can connect to the internet free of charge.

Legendary hotel, disappointing service

The legendary status is the selling point here. But other than that the room was genuinely very clean and comfortable.

Cons I know they host millions of guests but still it’s not the best experience to just be made feel like another “number” when staying there. The most disappointing experience was probably at check in desk, when someone pretends they care and want to give you an upgrade, which they’ll simply try and upsell something whilst keeping you hanging. Poor old tactic that made me distrust them. Would much rather a genuine warm welcome. Another thing to watch out for are hidden fees. Some Vegas hotels do it well and caesars is one of them. What you see when booking WILL NOT be what you pay at the end.
