Great location, great staff
Valet parking team was amazing. The location is prime...easy access to the most important attractions. The daily breakfast was absolutely incredible. Staff were courteous, respectful and paid attention to detail.

Cons That they don’t clean rooms during stay. Their idea of refresh was pick up trash and refresh towels. I stayed for 5 nights seems like a long time to go without refreshing bedding. There was a giant metal towel tower blocking Mountain View’s.

Cons The miscommunication regarding the breakfast package and only one person working at the restaurant. We sat for 20 minutes and got up and left. Our breakfast tickets were not given to us and when we first asked the desk clerk said they didn’t give free breakfast and then they found them in an envelope. The wouldn’t give a refund but allowed me to take two very large bottles of water. They offered two food items but who wants a bag of chips 8:30 in the morning.
Overall out stay was great from valet parking to checking in. I couldn’t asked for a better experience!

Perfect Downtown Asheville Stay
Our stay at the Cambria was perfect! The staff were incredibly friendly and always greeted us with a smile. Our room was very clean and was serviced daily with fresh towels, which we really appreciated since many hotels no longer provide daily housekeeping. We also received a text each morning throughout our stay checking in to see how everything was going and whether we needed anything, which was such a nice touch and made us feel well taken care of. The view from our room was beautiful, and the location was perfect—an easy walk to downtown Asheville. We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely stay here again!
