The proportion of the room was good but let down by tired decor, shabby furniture, unfit for purpose beds.
Cons We moved rooms as the beds in Rm 321 were a disgrace to room 315 same shabbyness beds not much better a closet that smelt vile, the bathroom in the room was clean everything else poor. Reception when manned by Debbie was a very negative/hostile experience, Debbie should not be front of house. Reluctance to service room, provide fresh towels incredibly poor standard. We asked to speak directly to Coleman Hughes, General Manager before we left but he was unavailable and it would seem his staff didn't inform him?

Good value kind stuff would be better if they would change some things
Rooms are spacious bathroom too. the social facilities are really good to socialize with other guests. It is located close to the city center yet on a very calm street. The breakfast was good a few options but delicious and well-made.
Cons I guess the bats are very old so not so comfortable.
Had a cleaning problem the first day which was sold, and apparently they are cleaning every other day which I didn’t like

Our son goes to Carnegie Mellon and we will stay here every time we come to visit him from here on out
The bar and the bartender Lisa. We also loved the impromptu bartender Mike
Cons Trying to get out of the parking lot was kind of irritating
