I liked everything
I loved the convenience of everything and the location. The hotel was right next to the venue for the concert so saved us time and walking.
I was a little hesitant with some of the reviews but everything was to my standards.
Location..right next to PPG. Room was clean and comfortable.

Cons The hotel in general was not very clean or well staffed. Stains on carpet and being, moldy smell in room, broken items in room, etc...staff walking away from the desk while there's a line and not acknowledging any of the customers waiting. Rust in the bottom of the pool...

Cons The front desk staff was at best neutral or in some cases indifferent. The breakfast server seemed hassled and unwelcoming. The food was only so-so. Its my fault, but the hotel was in a very awkward place for first-time tourists. We both thought the worn carpets and dark hall to room made the hotel seem past its prime. Parking pricey.
