The best hotel choice we made on a two week journey.
Staff was phenomenal! They showed us how to get to various cultural sites, gardens, and restaurants. They provided coins and soap for laundry. Parking under the hotel was easy. Location gave us quick access to restaurants, museums, the public garden, and views of the city. The breakfast set-up was excellent - varied, clean, tasty, and open good hours.

Cons Rapport qualité-prix excécrable. Mon automobile a été stationnée devant l'hôtel pour la durée du séjour. À 27$ par jour, je trouve que c'est nettement exagéré quand on considère le prix de la chambre. De plus, le bain ne s'écoulait que lentement et difficilement. Petit déjeuner moyen pour un hôtel qui charge aussi cher pour une chambre. De plus l'insonorisation est inexistante. On entend tout ce qui se passe dans le corridor et on voit même la lumière du corridor quand la porte est fermée. Franchement, à 600$ par jour, stationnement compris, c'est vraiment exagéré.

We’ve been staying at Cambridge Suites for many years and always received good customer care but this time was exceptional! Charvi was welcoming and attentive from the moment I walked in (even helping another guest while she was checking me in!). She was efficient and accommodated our room needs without hesitation. So personable-she really made our stay!
