CANDEO HOTELS Hiroshima Hatchobori

Great location very close to all attractions and shopping centres

Onsen upstairs was sensational Great amenities Helpful staff Breakfast offering was good Good location

Cons Slow elevators

Staff were lovely. We got a room upgrade and the penthouse was stunning.

Good value comfortable Hotel in a good location.

Hotel location was perfect, just a short ride away from the main train station & close to the tram network. Room was very clean and comfortable. All employees smiling & friendly, very helpful.

Cons Breakfast selection was adequate but could have been a little better, fresh fruit, etc.

I would rather stay somewhere else

It was in a good location, staff friendly

Cons Breakfast was a bit weird as they gave you a sign to put on tables to mark as busy but then the person who gave it goes and collect it leaving you without table. So a bit unprofessional. And the queue to go to the room with two zero functional lifts! And no stairs to use. So based on the location only I would definitely stay somewhere else

Great staff; room designed by someone who has never used a hotel in their life.

The staff were amazing- very friendly and accommodating to our needs. I have no issue with them at all.

Cons Weird and difficult location of powerpoints (where your pillows go, for escape), bed was uncomfortable and sinking, bathroom and room smelt of mould, air con kept turning off by itself during the night, balcony was completely exposed to all rooms above so no privacy. No way to dry clothes in the room despite being given coat hangers (laundry washing machines didn't dry clothes properly). Will not book rooms with this company again. Staff were amazing though, no fault of theirs.

Estaba limpio.

Cons La no era demasiado cómoda, pero no estaba mal.
