Cons Mattress is in definite need of replacement as there were heavy divets on both sides of the bed regardless of whether it had an additional mattress topper. For me the bed quality is fundamental and I was disappointed in this aspect of our stay. We visited three years ago when the hotel was new and every aspect of the hotel at that point was exceptional. We were a little let down with the bed comfort on this occasion.
One of Sydney’s best hotels. Fabulous facilities and wonderful staff
Beautiful hotel with stunning interiors, generous sized rooms with high quality furnishings and inclusions. All of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The pool, spa, lounge, bar were all well appointed. Breakfast was excellent.
