Schöner Aufenthalt in guter Lage

Lage, Sauberkeit und das Frühstück sind super. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und auch im Bad sind reichlich Ablageflächen. Auch der Preis und das vergünstigte Parken sind top.

Cons Ein Zimmer hatte leider nur Badewanne mit Duschvorhang, was etwas altmodisch wirkt. Der Duschkopf hält nicht in der eingestellten Position an der Stange, wodurch das Abduschen schwierig ist.

Pros: The location is great. There’s a supermarket behind the hotel that opens at 7 a.m., and it’s very close to the shopping center and Little Tokyo. The dark-haired receptionist at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The rooftop garden is also beautiful. Cons: Apart from the bed being made, the room was basically a mess. The desk and bathroom were hardly cleaned, and the trash was only taken out once the bin was full. The body wash and hand soap bottles were almost completely empty—you had to squeeze the bottles really hard to get anything out, and even when they were empty, they weren’t replaced. I had to go to reception and ask for more myself. The water bottles were not sealed, so I had no idea how long they had been sitting there. If I didn’t finish a bottle in one day, they wouldn’t replace it or bring fresh water. The glasses were never washed either—they looked exactly the same when I came back as when I had left them. There was no fridge or kettle. The hairdryer was very weak, and the shower had very low water pressure. The mattress was extremely soft and saggy with almost no support. Worst of all, the duvet insert inside the cover was incredibly dirty, and the cover moved around so easily that you could easily come into contact with it. Another concern was the door lock. It could only be turned halfway, and there was no additional lock or security latch, which made me feel quite unsafe. Overall, everything just felt far too dirty.
