Staff here go above and beyond, especially the bar and concierge team. Rooms vary wildly depending on which building you get, with older rooms feeling dated but newer ones spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is solid with hot items and good coffee, and the location near Plaza de Armas is excellent, but ask which room type you're booking.
