Relaxing stay, terrific staff

Great resort that’s well located to shops and restaurants along the Main Street of Cenang Beach. Loved the fact that it is a boutique, small hotel so the staff know your name. We loved the Seaview Suite we were in - view of the pool and beach but it wasn’t noisy at all. Breakfast each morning was fantastic - the choices on the à la carte menu were extensive and the buffet also offered a lot of options. I can also recommend Satkara Spa at the resort. Great massage in lovely surroundings. My husband had gotten food poisoning before arriving and the staff were all so kind and caring when he needed a doctor house call on the second day of our stay. They continued to keep checking on him, and they were really accommodating when we had to postpone our flight home, making sure that we could stay in our room for another few days to minimise the inconvenience of moving rooms. Also - look out for the cute resort cats, Luna and Bulan!

Stay with comprehensive comfort

Amazing stay in addition to all possible comfort is the attitude of all the staff to make you most welcome with every details provided. Great location and fantastic beach. The rooms are superb with everything provided to ensure the most pleasant stay. the breakfast and the restaurant is supberb with possibility of great dinners on the beach.

Great spot to stay

the location is excellent . On the beach and a short walk to the centre of town. Family run with lots of attention . Rooms good with all amenities and our suite opened onto the beach . Nice and quiet position . Much nicer here than in a large resort . Pool is great and adjacet to the beach . The night dinner we had on the beach was fantastic .

午前中に到着してしまったのですが、朝食をサービスしてくれました。 また、外出する毎？朝、昼、夕？なのかわかりませんが、部屋の清掃などをしてくれてました。 （枕元に水を用意してくれて、ジャズ音楽を流してくれているなど） ビーチも目の前で、プールもキレイでゆっくりくつろげました。

Cons 朝食のメニューがわかりづらかったので、もう少し観光客向けにわかるようになってるとうれしいなと思いました。
