Cons Disappointing Experience at Cassia Bang Tao Unfortunately my experience at Cassia Bang Tao has been disappointing. The biggest issue has been the attitude of the staff. They come across as rude, unwelcoming and robotic rather than genuinely friendly or interested in helping guests. For a hotel in such a beautiful location you would expect a much higher standard of hospitality and customer service. Instead the interactions have felt cold and impersonal, making it difficult to feel comfortable and properly looked after as a guest. Good hospitality is about more than just doing the basics. It’s about making people feel welcome, valued and appreciated. Sadly that has been missing from my experience here. The hotel has potential but the service really lets it down. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving the staff’s attitude and overall guest experience.

Amazing spot!

The location is excellent for families and the staff are so wonderful and accommodating. We enjoyed the facilities and the food and drinks are amazing, especially happy hour!

Lo que más me gustó fue el personal y la ubicación. El hotel está en la zona de la Laguna, tiene un shuttle Boat que te permite ir a otros hoteles y a la playa. Soy celiaca y para el desayuno me hicieron unas tortitas que no terminaban de convencerme, pero en cuanto se lo dije al chef se volcó completamente para encontrar una alternativa. Buscó otra receta que me preparó al día siguiente, con un resultado fantástico.

Cons La decoración del hotel no me gustó nada, igual pensaba que al ser del grupo Bayan Tree iba a tener un estilo parecido, pero nada que ver...en las fotos el hotel parecía mejor.... No había aire acondicionado en los pasillos del hotel ni en el ascensor, hacía un calor horrible. Para subir las maletas te dejan un carro para que te las lleves tú, no te ayudan como en otros hoteles de Tailandia. La limpieza la hacen cada dos días.
