Staff was exceptionally friendly. Room was very well designed. On-site parking very helpful. Free drink from the bar.
Cons Ceiling in bathroom had some water damage and just needed some minor repair. Parking lot worked for small cars but very very tight with curved entrance and could only get in one way and exit one way. Saw a lot of evidence of other people scraping their cars but we were good!
Excellent hotel for visiting Bilbao, especially with your dog.
Great location, friendly helpful staff, secure car park (although the charge is quite high) . Very dog friendly we were able to eat our evening meal in the bar or on the terrace with our dog. The food was good and reasonably priced.
Cons The only thing we didn't like was the price of the breakfast so we chose to eat out.

Fantastic hotel courteous friendly helpful staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable great location close to the Guenhiem and the sights on the river and a short walk to the old town
