The cleanliness was average, the furniture was old, and the soundproofing was poor, with noise from the street and swimming pool. The lobby air conditioners were also leaking water, and the luggage staff was not helpful.

Cons I don't think there was anything that I didn't like

I've been here before and I was very satisfied the first time. The pool is great. The gym is a nice touch. The morning breakfast buffet is very good and worth the price. Everything this hotel has is great!

Cons Everything the hotel has to offer is amazing! The one thing I dislike is the type of tourists that it has attracted. More and more I've been seeing cheap tourist, the kind that share one meal so is not to pay for more. The kind that want everything for a discounted price. The kind that don't like to shower and often smell bad... You know who I'm talking about... unfortunately, Pattaya has become a little new Delhi. Hopefully it can be Thai again soon.
