Centara Riverside Hotel Chiang Mai
Huge rooms with river views and excellent staff, but the building feels old and dated.

The rooms are huge. Beautifully appointed with a Starbucks in the lobby.
The public areas (eg, driveway, lobby, lifts) and rooms were always clean and tidy. The staff were beyond helpful, both at the front desk, the concierge, and housekeeping. The buffet breakfast was terrific. The decor in the rooms is a bit dated, but the rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying here.
The room and bathroom are very spacious. Clean and organized. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Had A very nice two nights stay.

Across the river from old town, but easily accessible by Grab ride-share. Excellent remodeled property. Limited dining in the area.
Excellent value for the money. Need ride-share into old town Chiang Mai, but that is very convenient (Grab, etc).
