Cons Was given a dirty room staff don’t pay attention at bars people are confused

Not so sure I’d be returning here.

Staff were very friendly. The rooms were alright but they were clean.

Cons The resort fee was the same price as the room. The fee was for the coffee in the room, the fitness center and one other item I can’t remember. Most hotels include these items in the price of the room. A little bit ridiculous if you ask me. Also, they had the oldest slot machines ever in existence. Thank God they’re part of the Row or I wouldn’t even have stayed. No reward center, and the only place to reprint your reward card was broken so you had to go to a completely different casino to get another one. Cesar card suck anyway as every time I’ve gone to a Caesar property. I have to get 3 to 4 cards during my visit because at some point they stopped working.. Also their point system is not too good either.

The rooms were okay and the price was good, but unfortunately the rest of the hotel was very disappointing. The lobby, lift areas, and corridors all felt extremely tired, dated, and in serious need of renovation. We also felt uncomfortable walking through the corridors and car park late at night, as there were often people who appeared to be homeless using these areas. It made the hotel feel less secure than we would have liked. Although the price was reasonable and the room itself was acceptable, the overall condition and atmosphere of the hotel outweighed the savings for us. Unfortunately, this will definitely be our last stay here.
