How kind and helpful the staff was, how clean the hotel remained my entire stay, how comfortable the “living room” was. Enjoyed the sense of community cultivated in the space.

A great stay, though Shoreditch remains my benchmark.
My previous experiences at the Shoreditch branch in London are what initially inspired my loyalty to this hotel brand. The exceptional hospitality there set a particularly high standard and gave me the confidence to continue choosing the brand wherever I travel. While the service at this location didn't quite match the personal warmth and attentiveness I've come to associate with Shoreditch, it was still a very pleasant experience overall. The staff were professional and welcoming, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. It's reassuring to see that the brand maintains a good standard across its locations, even if some teams leave a more lasting impression than others.
Cons There was nothing particularly disappointing about my stay. If I were to highlight one thing, it would simply be the difference in the level of personal engagement compared with the Shoreditch branch, where the staff consistently go above and beyond. That experience has set a very high benchmark for me. However, this is more an observation than a criticism, as I still thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would happily return.

Adorei a estadia! O hotel é super moderno, com um design atual e cuidado em cada detalhe, desde a receção até aos corredores. Os quartos têm uma estrutura ótima: são espaçosos, bem pensados, muito confortáveis e com tudo o que precisamos. A cama é super confortável, a casa de banho é moderna e o ambiente é calmo e agradável para descansar. O atendimento também foi simpático e atencioso. Sem dúvida voltaria e recomendo a toda a gente!
Cons O hotel fica no downtown, uma zona com muita movimentação. Há bastante gente em situação de rua e pedintes pelos arredores, e isso pode impressionar quem não está habituado. Na prática, não tivemos nenhum problema: ninguém mexeu com a gente nem nos incomodou em nenhum momento. Os turistas pareciam ser deixados em paz. Mesmo assim, vale ficar atento, principalmente à noite, e evitar andar distraído com o telemóvel ou com objetos de valor à mostra. Por outro lado, a localização é prática para quem quer ter tudo por perto. Para quem não liga muito para o cenário urbano, funciona bem. Quem prefere uma zona mais tranquila talvez prefira outra região.
