Cons Hotel is not worth the price , staff unhelpful and your booking.com is a scam I booked 4 rooms and the hotel insisted that somehow booking.com has reserved me 7 rooms even though I explained to the staff of the hotel that I only booked 4 rooms and had only one reservation number for 4 rooms , staff was unwilling to help and charged me for the 7 rooms anyways and not even bothered to hand me over the keys to other 3 rooms but of course gladly made the charge Very bad and totally unfair service from Booking.Com and City Center Mariott hotel in Oaxaca I will make sure that I will never book any hotels through you again
La Ubicación es perfecta y el hotel en general es muy bonito
Cons No es que no me haya gustado, pero sí podrían mejorar el desayuno; es muy caro para lo que ofrecen. El servicio de limpieza a cuartos a veces no es el mejor.
El diseño del hotel es muy bonito.
Cons Tuve dos problemas en la habitación 1) el minisplit del cuarto inundó la recamara porque no estaba drenando bien; y, 2) la taza del baño se quedó sin agua por un falla mecánica. Aclaro que el hotel atendió lo sucedido.
