City Palace Hotel

Rooms are clean and decent with good city views, but the hotel is falling apart with broken elevators, moldy bathrooms, and wonky fixtures. Front desk staff are rude and unhelpful, and room service frequently fails to deliver orders. Food quality is poor and caused at least one guest food poisoning.
