Cons Es un hotel antiguo, es caro pero la infraestructura es deplorable. Las habitaciones no son comodas y la TV es enana

Estar muy atentos con los cargos que te hacen en la tarjeta

el hotel lo elegimos mas que nada porque teníamos que partir en ferry a Uruguay al otro día. La fachada del hotel y el lobby fue lo que mas me gusto.

Cons Los recepcionistas no tienen mucha idea. Nos hicieron esperar , escribí al menos 3 veces para avisarles que llegábamos a la madrugada con la habitación paga. De todas formas como son tan mal capacitación hicieron el cargo de no show igual y encima luego sumaron el cargo de la habitación que aun no han duvuelto.Lo peor fue llegar a la media noche y ver una familia entera durmiendo en el lobby del hotel. Asique vayan preparados para cualquier cosa que puede suceder.

Gran experiencia en Buenos Aires

Me gustó mucho la ubicación, está muy céntrico. Además es un hotel muy bonito, cómodo y el personal es bastante agradable. Además, la relación calidad-precio es excelente. La habitación que yo elegí incluía cena y desayuno.

Cons No fue mi caso, pero mientras estaba cenando llegaron varios huéspedes para pedir mesa y le dijeron que ya estaba cerrado y eran poco pasadas las 21h. Deberían informarle eso con antelación a las personas y/o mantener la cocina abierta hasta un poco más tarde.

I liked everything, I told them it is a very nice place to stay, and beautiful . I mentioned to them this one probably the only place I stayed in the past 4 years and I ALWAYS recommend it to my friends from Uruguay and United States since we live there.

Cons What I was sad it was because we book this place from the 20 to the 23rd, but wasn’t enough and we decided to stay one more night. I have to clarify that I got a superb good deal, but as I said before we want it for them to extend only one more night to the rate I got, but they told me no, because it was full already, which I doubt it that they couldn’t do some kind of arrangement since we were staying there already, and we leave that space as clean and in order as we always do.Finally, I talked to a very well mannered gentleman from Panama, seems he was the person to talk to. I did and I explained the same thing, and He said to me that they shouldn’t not have a good explanation as they should have . He eso them , how full they www which they said: full . He anyway mentioned that if he was having a room that could be empty he will send a message to me, but I replied that has to see in a very short time since I had tickets to board at Buque Bus at 12 . I also said that won’t matter if I had to loose the boat tickets, but has to be done before 12:00.

Cons Todo, mala limpieza, asqueroso. Te cobran como hotel 5 estrellas y no son ni media estrella . El frigobar sin agua para tomar y lleno de hongos, asqueroso no se limpiaba hace meses. Dos mañanas seguidas las duchas sin agua caliente, la limpieza pésima y cuando reclamas tienen excusa para todo. Pésimo no lo recomiendo para nada.

Cons Que nos dieron una habitación vieja rota decadente en el piso 12 (hab 1208) y nos la cobraron como si fuera la de un hotel 4 estrellas La habitación no era acorde a la entrada lobby y bares del hotel. Elegí ese hotel porque me pareció un buen precio para el nivel que proclama el hotel
