Comfortable en zakelijk hotel

Een mooi, groot en vooral zakelijk hotel, centraal gelegen vlakbij het station en op loopafstand van het centrum. De kwaliteit van de kamers was verder uitstekend: schoon, comfortabel en stil. We hadden geen ontbijt geboekt, omdat er in de buurt genoeg leuke tentjes zijn voor een goede kop koffie en een zoet broodje. We kunnen dit hotel van harte aanbevelen, al denk ik dat er voor toeristen ook kleinere en gezelligere hotels te vinden zijn.

Cons We vonden de lobby soms redelijk druk en chaotisch. Let wel op als je met de eigen auto komt: onder het hotel zit een kleine parkeergarage die niet bij het hotel hoort. De kosten bedragen € 120 voor twee dagen.

Location to central station. Clean rooms. Staff very accommodating. One of the top breakfasts.

The breakfast at the Hotel Clarion was one of the best buffets I have ever had. There was a huge variety of fresh choices all wonderfully prepared and displayed with an artistic flair. For example, there were six choices for eggs, maybe more I did not investigate nonchicken eggs! The honey was from a comb from the rooftop of the hotel's hive. There were fruits, vegetables, meats, cheeses and oh the breads! The hotel's location was super convenient as we took the train there from the airport and walked across the street from the train station. There was a huge convention at the hotel but we had no problems with service or the elevators. There was a roof top bar that had an outstanding view of the Oslo, go if you can. Our room was very close to the bar and I was worried about that but there were no problems or disturbances. I recommend this hotel.

Cons - La literie un peu trop molle à notre goût mais cela aurait sans doute plu à d’autres moins habitués à des matelas fermes.
