Solid Business Choice
This is a large and well located hotel in downtown Cleveland. My room was fine, with a strong wifi signal, a decent number of outlets and an adequate work space. The bathroom was small and the shower tub did not drain well. This is a fairly typical Marriott, and that is ok: I will be back again.
Everything about the hotel was good for the most part.
Cons I didn't like that there wasn't a microwave in the room. There also could have been more lighting in the room.
ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE SERVICE
Absolutely blown away by the check-in experience here — the organization level is unmatched, and I say that having traveled the world and stayed at more places than I can count. Huge shoutout to Thaymon, Matt, and Libby for making it seamless from the moment I walked in. Every detail was handled with real care and professionalism. This is what world-class hospitality looks like. Highly recommend!
