Good hotel

Facilities are good and a peaceful place. The check-in experience was smooth. Indoor pool was okay.

Cons Breakfast was quite average and lacks variety. You have to take a small road to reach the hotel, so people might overlook it since it's very close to the freeway ramp.

It’s was a good stay for me and my 2 kids

They probably was convenient good parking clean pool clean rooms are comfortable beds.. and Pamela at the front desk was exceptional. She helped me with the check-in process and everything.

The location was perfect, pretty close to where I wanted to go. Room was neat and clean. The breakfast was pretty nice.

Cons The bathroom door would not close. To be fair, they did put a board mentioning renovations going on.

Cons Checking into our first room, had throw up on the bed and floor wasn’t clean properly. Spoke to receptionist, over heard the manager say “idk what you want me to do we are sold out”…very unprofessional and uncomfortable. We get our room switched our second room was dirty as well, hair all over the bathroom floor the shower wasn’t clean it had grim on the shower walls that could visibly be seen, urine on the toilet and the floors. For the price of the hotel, i wouldn’t recommend.

The staff was great The pool was great

Cons The pool area was filth and bugs everywhere the hot tub is still broke down looks like its been that way for a while the rooms was clean but very outdated the sheets had holes in them and all stained up found candy rappers so the house keepers need to do a much better job

I was pretty dissatisfied overall due to the lack of cleanliness of both rooms

Cons The rooms that we stayed in were extremely dirty I found that the rooms were not vacuumed underneath the beds were not checked I found like a half smoked blunt under one bed and a tobacco pocket that you put inside your mouth if I wouldn't have checked these things my puppy could have gotten a hold of those things and it would have been really bad I also found a bunch of children's toys like glow in the dark sticks and all sorts of other things underneath the corners of the beds there must have been 6 in of dust on top of the headboards and on the nightstands towards the bottom shelves of the nightstands the inside of the microwave hadn't been cleaned and it was extremely Rusty so I wouldn't have used it for health concerns the underside of the toilet bowl and down onto the floor there was poop everywhere and poop on the wall both showers and bathtubs in both rooms had other people's hair or DNA inside of them they were extremely scummy and felt disgusting when you wipe your hand on them and the built-in non-slip skid that's in the bathtub was completely black you could actually see it and you are not supposed to see those in the bathtubs if you can see it then it's filthy I used to work in hotel housekeeping so I know exactly what a room is supposed to be and these rooms were absolutely disgusting I would be embarrassed to rent those out for even a quarter I have pictures of everything there was fingerprints and slime and all kinds of stuff all over the TV on every single mirror in the room it was just absolutely disgusting filthy the screens on the glass sliding doors were broken so I couldn't even have the door open because my dog would have went right through the window and not only that he actually did go through it and I had to go outside chasing him cuz I didn't realize it was ripped.
