The lobby and first impression of the hotel was great. You would’ve thought the actual rooms would’ve mirrored that.

Cons Our room was in a basement and very isolated. The room was filthy! I’ve never seen anything like this. The carpets were dirty, looked like drywall was sprinkled all over the carpets and bathroom floor, some type of old moldy insect traps out, the sink and bathroom hadn’t been cleaned and had something brown spilled in it, there was literally poop smeared on the lower part of the bathroom wall and a dirty towel to match hanging on the door, the fire alarm was hanging off the wall. We couldn’t believe it. Hotel does not match the ratings and we would’ve left but there was nothing available nor other rooms available at this hotel.

The staff is really nice and I highly recommend it’s a great value

The staff was very nice, including Pamela and the other African-American woman on nights who wears glasses

Staff was friendly, good breakfast, nice pool

Cons Key entry wouldn't work to get in building near our room

Never again
