Was a great location, room was clean and very comfortable.
Cons On check on, the two ladies were very terse with me when I brought up the fact that a hold was put on two of my cards for two rooms, when I only booked one room. They weren't friendly at all. On check out, I dealt with Brynn who was very friendly and courteous. When I explained the double charge and indicated her co-worker knew what I was talking about, that lady completely ignored me and acted as if she didn't hear me, which I knew she did. All in all, I would consider staying there again.

Cons Very disappointing stay – several basic facilities were not working Unfortunately, my stay at Comfort Inn Fallsview was a very disappointing experience. The biggest issue was that the elevator was not working, yet we were given a room on the 8th floor. We had luggage with us and asked the front desk for help carrying it upstairs, but we were not provided with any assistance. We then had to carry all of our luggage up 8 floors using the stairs, which was extremely inconvenient and frustrating. We also asked if we could get another room because of the elevator situation, but we were told that only one room was available. There was no meaningful solution offered to help us. On top of that, when we asked for water bottles, we were told that they did not have any extra water available. The AC was also not working properly, which made the room uncomfortable. Overall, there were multiple basic issues during our stay, and the customer service did not do much to resolve them. Considering the price we paid and the expectations from a hotel like Comfort Inn, this was far below what I expected. I hope the hotel management takes these issues seriously and improves both the maintenance and guest service.
