Truly shucked, shushes and shattered with the treatment extended to me by the personnel manning the front desk. In essence very crooked, cunning, conniving and truly hostile to me, when I did nothing while being polite, cordial and congenial in my limited interaction. Despite repeated request for extension for one day room 103, I was bumped out without being asked and allocated in room 227 at three times the cost while also ensuring the pain and agony of a fully non functioning toilet. I was forced to hasten my return and will ensure that in future myself and my colleagues spanning the educated elite and intellectually inclined will never stay or even attempt to stay at the Comfort Suites chain or even Comfort inn I desire a meeting either way the highest authority overlooking the operations of Comfort Suites to spell out with clarity and cohesiveness my concerns and the treatment extended to me. All of this I have had to endure even after extending precious help to companion Inn chains spread through north east Ohio; in the domain enveloping written articulation, documentation and presentation .
