I traveled to Antigua for Carnival and decided to stay here because it was convenient for both my sister and me—a comfortable, safe place to rest after the festivities.
From the moment we arrived, the staff was absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond to assist us with anything we needed and consistently checked in to make sure we were comfortable and having a great stay. Their hospitality and genuine care really stood out and made our experience even better.
I truly appreciated how welcoming, attentive, and accommodating everyone was. What could have simply been a convenient place to stay turned into an incredible experience because of the staff. I would definitely recommend staying here and would happily return on my next trip to Antigua!
Cons I have nothing to say thank you

It was a good location for me as I like to walk and could do so into St. John's town and to the nearby shopping/restaurant area. There's a small grocery store right next door which was very handy. Connie's staff is great and determined to be helpful. Great air-conditioning (that's a big one for me).
Cons The apartment is dreary, with dim lighting and nothing decorative on the walls. The bedroom is very small and the TV is mounted too high for comfortable viewing.

the surroundings and the staff were welcoming and friendly. We got looked after and supported by Wayne -funniest man ever...helped us to get food and sharing his knowledge about the island 🏝️🏝️. would definitely visit again !...bonus was we were able to go to a church service which was on the property with the locals (what a service😁 Pastors and fellow members were so loving).

A good choice for budget-minded travelers.
There is no breakfast option, but Cafe Bella is a good option within easy walking distance. After the first day, we got our own breakfast fixings. We had a few issues with our room, but they were promptly dealt with by the helpful staff. There is a small grocery store next door which we found to be very handy.
Cons If, like us, you don't have a car, you'll find that there are not many restaurant options nearby. We avoided walking at night, not because the area seemed sketchy, but because the streets are narrow and not very pedestrian-friendly, and in the dark you would get blinded by car headlights. We used delivery of takeout food for dinner several times to avoid that problem.
