كانت غرفه جميله قامو بترتيب الغرفه لولدي على شكل تخييم كانت الخدمه ممتازه الافطار متنوع الموقع ممتاز يوجد تحته مول سيتي رافلز ويوجد اكثر من مول حوله لايحتاج الى سياره ايضا يوجد شطاف

I want to go back to Hangzhou to stay here again.
The location, the lobby and the rooms were phenomenal. The breakfast was one of the best I have had in the 5 star hotels. The rooms were very spacious and the staff was very accommodating. I would definitely come back and stay here again.
Cons Some rooms smelled after cigarettes but they had no problem to change the room for us.
