Convenient location with great view and breakfast

Convenient location for those travelling without cars. I was impressed by the amazing view from our suite: a sweeping view of DTLA, Disney concert hall, and even the Hollywood sign! The room felt like something that belongs to a hotel in East/Southeast Asia: modern, airy, yet elegant. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic. I ventured out of my comfort zone by trying a Spanish dish recommended by the server, and it was visually stunning and its taste was of the same quality. The breakfast for two was $117 with 21% tips (voluntary) and tax included. Good value for the level of service and the great room!

What a lovely property with the best staff! I’ve stayed at a lot of nice hotels in my life and the Conrad still managed to stand out. The property itself isn’t large, but chic and spotless. The room I was upgraded to (very much appreciated) was lovely, with a nice city view. It’s a new property so everything is shiny and the design is on point. The staff is also excellent. Front desk staff were so charming and helpful, especially Joy. And the server staff in the restaurant and poolside were polite and efficient. There was some noise from an outdoor concert that went until about 10:30, but that’s hardly surprising given the hotel’s location smack dab across from Dorothy Chandler and Disney. The only suggestion I’d have for the property is to consider a white noise machine for the rooms facing the Jerry Moss Plaza.
