部屋もロケーションも素晴らしいと思います。二度目の利用です。前回はスタッフの対応があまりにも素晴らしく感動したことをクチコミでお伝えしました。

Cons 今回二度目の滞在は残念ながら、とても不快な思いをしました。チェックインを２時間半も待たされたことです。２部屋の予約で１部屋分です。そのため、その日の観光や食事の予定変更に気を使いました。しかも、翌日のチェックアウトは12時だと聞いていたのに、10時にスタッフがドアを叩いてチェックアウトするよう急に言いました。とても、嫌な気分になってしまいました。前回は感動するほど、気分良く滞在出来たのに残念でした。

飯店員工非常親切，服務態度極佳

Exceptional service at Conrad baggage counter

I would like to commend the staff especially the one handling the baggage counter who have made it exceptional when it comes to providing us with transportation. Reggie was the one who assisted me on my last trip here in Macao wherein his service is exceptional as he goes all out of his way to assist us through and through everytime I am here with family. Together with his teammates Alice and Ricardo who make it a point to deliver a topnoch service when it comes to guest relations. Also would like to commend Dhay at Churchill who had been so kind to assist my dad every breakfast while he was there. Also Glenda from the health club who have make it a point to greet me on my first name everytime I visit the health club. Conrad Macao is our home away from home when in Macau.
